No showcase for NORPAC or MJHL? ....anyone have any info on if they scheduled one, or why not? I know last year and in the past NORPAC put together an allstar team to send to a Jr B showcase.

there was one showcase that was mjhl/ajhl over labor day and one in october in hudson, nh. those are the only two that i know of although some of the teams will participate in the junior a showcases. the reason there aren't too many showcases for these leagues i think is because they are feeder leagues for the tier III junior a teams.

the ajhl is and it was a split showcase with aj and mj teams. the mj is the feeder league for the aj. the only true mjhl showcase was in october that i know of, but there might have been another they just arent advertised because the majority of the scouting goes to the junior a leagues out east unless there is word of a 14 year old stud playing on one of the junior b teams in the mj.

bankers, think clever cat referring to a different "MJ" - the Minnesota Junior Hockey League, not the Met... ...CORRECT-o-mundo Fangers. MNJHL If my mind serves me right - they (showcases) are usually midseason (January-ish) after teams have a majority of games under their belts and top players are noticeable.
