If Louisville is getting an Junior A franchise would that form the bridge needed for Pikeville, KY? There is little other options for their new 7k seat building. Eastern Kentucky Expo Center www.eastkyexpo.com/

not sure there's sufficient fan support in KY for 1 team, let alone 3....
and the Eastern Ky location is very sparesly populated, not exactly a hockey hotbed, and would likely have to compete with a Georgetown location for metro Lexington area fans...
Georgetown/Louisville might work as it could build on the natural rivalry between Lexington/Louisville.....

That would be nice to get a team here in Georgetown. As those who know already in 2010 there is going to be the World Equestrian Games. So if there are any investors interested jump on it now. I do know of a lot of folks in Georgetown who miss having the Throughblades leave. That type of venue size would work here. Hey Marc start looking to push this idea.

The Pikeville Manipulators? (sorry, that's an osteopathic joke, there's a D.O. med school there)
I wouldn't put a junior team in Kentucky outside of the major metros. The population base just isn't there, and I'm not sure you could get the concept of juniors across to a rather hockey un-savvy public.
