Mark, you posted a link about Ontario Officials being fed up with the abuse. My only comment is that it does not matter what the NHL standard is. If we are teach our youth that level of hockey without teaching the basics of the game first, we have failed our youth. Officials must stop trying to interpret the rules to do what is best for the kid to keep him/her in the game. If the kid is not within the rules, penalize the individual and not the team. It is not only up north that has this problem, the US has the same or similar issues.
